Franklin Hardware & Ranch founder Carlton Rivers knows the value of hard work and community. Raised on a farm near Ephesus, Carlton’s life has always revolved around faith, family, and serving others. From running a successful pool business in Carrollton to pastoring churches in Heard and Carroll counties, and now in Glenn, GA, Carlton’s commitment to people is at the heart of Franklin Hardware & Ranch.

For the first time in more than 13 years, Heard County has a local hardware store—and we’re so much more than that. In addition to a full line of hardware for contractors, DIYers, and homeowners, we proudly offer:

We are also the only store in Heard County offering hardware, western wear, and horse tack under one roof, perfectly located just ¼ mile from the Heard County Arena, a hub for horse enthusiasts from across Georgia and East Alabama.
